At London Lash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional supplies; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, adhesive and tweezers are subject to strict quality inspections before a refund is issued.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original London Lash boxes to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all seals remain intact.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your parcel back to our UK distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
